I was not able to reach Volta customer service either directly through Volta or through Watch Winder Pros contacting Volta. I'll probably keep it, but I don't think I would buy from Volta again (mainly, because there is no customer service for questions/issues). I tried giving it 3 stars but thewatchwinderpros.com hid a less than 4 stars review so I changed it so it could be seen. Not cool hiding lower than 4 stars reviews.
