Why is it, that Chicago, my beloved hometown, was safest with gun violence during the Capone era? Which, need I say it? The last time a Republican held control of the city. Interesting. Right?

This dip is AMAZING and quick to make! Who doesn't like queso?! Ingredients: 1 1/4 lbs ground beef 2 1/2 tbsp of taco seasoning (I use Taco Bell seasoning mix) 8-10 ounces of Velveeta cheese 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (I use the finely shredded kind as it melts better) 10 ounce can of diced tomatoes and green chilis (undrained) 1/2 cup of milk (maybe a tiny bit more) Garnish: Sour cream Green onions chopped Instructions: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until it is done and stir in the taco seasoning. Add in the diced tomatoes and chilis, velveeta cheese and cheddar cheese until the cheese begins to melt. Pour in the milk and mix it up until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions and sour cream if you wish! This is served great in a tortilla bowl and using either Frito Scoops or any type of tortilla chips!
